Return & Refund Policy

Our suppliers only accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 15 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within return guidelines. Items are considered final sale after 15 days. 

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.  The item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and not customized.

Costs of shipping and return costs are not covered.  If you want to return an item, we must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our supplier.

Once approved, you’ll ship the item directly back to the supplier (not to us).  After they receive and inspect it, they refund us for the wholesale cost, and we then process your refund. 

Non-Returnable Items

Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified.

Due to safety considerations, health or hygienic reasons, some products are final sale. 

Refund Process 

Refunds are issued only after the supplier confirms receipt of the returned item.  We refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos proof. We’ll work with the supplier to arrange a replacement.
